LEGAL CONSIDERATIONS

If I should happen to have a picture that is violating someone's copyright, please tell me and I'll gladly remove it. Thanks for your patience and understanding.

All links on the LINKS page are links to other peoples' and organizations' sites. When you leave my site by clicking on one of those links, the things you see are not my problem. I merely added those links because I think they were/are relevant, cool, or necessary to my site. As other people's sites change, so does my opinion of them.

Almost all the historical pictures (black and white) on this site were taken from the Minnesota Historical Society's photographic image database. I could and do spend hours looking at these pictures. I have tried to appropriately mark which images are theirs. I apologize in advance for any improperly credited image if there are any (and there shouldn't be).

The photo of the Como-Harriet Streetcar is by Eric Hopp. It is used with his permission.

The photo of the express boat Minnehaha is from the Minnesota Transportation Museum's site.
Tim and Sarah's wedding picture was taken by Bruce O'Leary in the Minneapolis Sculpture Garden.
Pictures of Tim in his garage were taken by his father-in-law, George Rybicki.
Popular Mechanics, February, 1972 images are from my personal copy and used with fair usage in mind.
The picture of the Gold Wing motor in the Gold Wing Tech Tips page was zapped from somebody else's webpage before I started keeping track of such things. If it's yours, where did you get it and can I use it?

This is not an inclusive list, it's merely a courtesy just to let you know I'm paying attention. I'm not using this information for anything other than my own edification and amazement at this time.
